At the Clinics of Livingstone CDC, our volunteer physicians, nurses and other community members are helping to heal their neighbors and friends; patients just like you. (Note: Proof of income and lack of insurance required)
We are open five day a week, Tuesday through Saturday from 9AM to 5PM.
Free Medical Clinic
Encouraging wellness and chronic illness management through regular physician care is vital to helping low-income patients break the cycle of crisis care in hospital emergency departments.
- Routine primary care support, including the diagnosis and treatment of illnesses
- Non-invasive physical examinations
- Diagnosis, treatment and referral of acute symptoms
- Help with prescriptions
- X-rays and lab work provided with minimal fee
Low cost Dental Care
Preventive and restorative dental care
is provided to low-income adults and
children without dental insurance.
There is $10 per visit charge to alleviate
the cost of supplies.
Adapted Physical Education
Livingstone CDC Fitness Center
features a state-of-the-art accessible exercise equipment as well as free weights.
The equipment has been designed with special features, such as seats that swing out so workouts can be done from a wheelchair.
Our facility has wide aisles to help
individuals with disabilities navigate between machines with ease, and features total-access Cybex strength stations, an adjustable upper and lower body exerciser, stretching mats, brightly colored weight balls and three treadmills.
Livingstone CDC Fitness Center does not charge a set-up fee; However, there is a nominal $5 per month per member fee to cover the cost of maintenance. 
A family member who accompanies a paying member may use our facility free of charge.
